Drama Therapy

Qualified drama therapists, based on the judgment from psychotherapy, focus on using drama processes to conduct therapy to integrate the body and the emotions, transform life experiences, and promote personal growth.

Drama therapists lead clients to establish a safe environment. In an atmosphere of trust and acceptance, in the form of drama, participants can naturally express their emotions, express their inner needs and release repressed emotions such as fear, anxiety and frustration, resulting in healing and growth.

The development of drama therapy varies in different parts of the world. In principle, each session includes warm-up, main activities and summary. The format includes drama games, improvisation, storytelling, listening to music, role-playing, movement and dancing, voice/eye/body contact and sharing.
