Art Therapy

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses visual art media as its primary mode of communication. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, it serves as an outlet to deal with troubled feelings giving service users the opportunity to express and process emotions. The process helps individuals learn more about themselves and understand how they become the way they are today.

Creative media: Drawing/painting, collage, clay sculpture, craft, etc.
